Solved Missing permission?

Hi out there
I'm running a small private bukkit server.
The problem i have is that all normal players (non-OP) have access to use commands from the plugins. Etc. /tpa - /sell - /sethome. But somehow they cannot use plugins that interact with the world.
Etc. if they mine a spawner they get nothing, and if i come do it for them then they cannot place them (this plugin is silkspawners) and one of the other is better crops, with ore seeds. When they place the ore seeds, they just get the corresponding seed planted etc. Wheat, pumpkin or melon.
