Minigame (Bit Trip plugin) *Request*

Suggested name: Bit Trip

What I want: I would like to see a plugin kinda like one that used to be popular a while ago on a server. This plugin is a parkour plugin that has a timer and you have to either A: make it to the end first or B: be the last person still running. The ground starts to fall behind you about 5 seconds after you start. I would like to be able to add custom kit's and maybe perks as well. This is also a 3 person game

Ideas for commands: World edit for regions than whatever you want for the commands (lobby's etc)
Ideas for permissions: Just perk's and kit permissions

When I'd like it by: I don't care whenever you can do it
