Minecraft Youtuber/Content creator Nickname and skin changing plugin

What I want: I'd love to see a plugin for content creators on my Minecraft server to change their in-game nickname and skin using /nick. the plugin needs to incorporate Luckperms ranks and preferably have a random nickname and skin ability

Ideas for commands: /nick <Username>, /nick random, /nick reset, /nickskin <player UUID>

Ideas for permissions: admin.nick , creator.nick , creator.nickskin , admin.nickskin

When I'd like it by: preferably tomorrow, but whenever someone can make it

 

this only allows admins to use it, i wanted the ability to players with certain ranks to use the disguises which is un-available with LibsDisguises
