Problem/Bug Minecraft Server Does Not Recognize Plugins

Hello!! I am creating a Minecraft Bukkit (version 1.12.2) server, the server is starting normally, but it is not recognizing the plugins, I am relatively new to this area, and recently I found out that it is necessary to add the plugin information in the plugins.yml file, I added some information plugin MorePlayersModels, but it still does not start, and I also want to add other plugins, such as Essentials, Xaero's Minimap, among others.

For each plugin I need to add the information in the same plugins.yml file? and where can I get this more accurate information?

Already watched several tutorials on the internet how to make a server, but no mention of this file, usually they just put the plugins in the folder of the same name and start the server normally, it seems that this error is only giving on my server.
