minecraft factions how to use 1.8.2

    So it looks like they set up a new ranks for the pulgins and some ranks cant open chests ,the olny rank I can give out is officer and I don't know what to do with the /f perm command .
    I asked on the site that made the plugin but did not get any help.

    Just use Factions 1.6.9.5 instead then if you can't figure out 1.8.2.
