Minecraft Bukkit server,failed to bind to port

    i have made a bukkit server and when i try to join with my external ip adress it said "FAILED TO PIND TO PORT", and when i connect to my ipv4 adreess i can connect, but my friends cant joine me. please help me ;)

    Try restarting your computer and then running it. See if that fixes anything.
    Also, refer here for more information. ;)

    thanks but it doesent work to retart the computer, i dont now wath is wrong and i have tried this for over one moth!!

    So, you've read this?
    Code:
    Stop your minecraft server and make sure you have no instances running. Make sure you have your server-ip= blank (in server.properties). If that fails, reboot.

    Did you portforward?

    ^ did u port forward, port 25565 through ur file wall. give ur friends the external ip while u use the internal.

    yes i portforward 25565, and i have tried that whit no ip in server.probetis and then rebot but that dosent work.
