   A plugin which would simply stop the obstruction of minecarts, whether it be by people standing on the track, dropping items on the track, or through collision with another minecart. It should just keep moving as though nothing happened.

   Minecartmania. But it doesnt noclip the cart, it pushes the iten/player/mob to the side.
