Plugin Help MessageFilter help

    LIVEPVPER!

    I'm using the plugin MessageFilter and I would be very thankful if someone could tell me what commands to use and rules to set to filter out plugins "spoken" completely blank messages. I'm completely new to this plugin I apologize in advance if these are stupid questions. Thanks anyways :)

    I would also like to ask if it is possible for it to replace "invisible" messages that will be said most commonly by opped players such as them saying "&6" or other color or chat modification messages.
