   I am trying to spruce up (i'm not trying to make a pun here, just hear me out) my plugins page but i cant find out how to make it where you can make a commands, permissions and description. Here is a snapshot of it to be a bit more clear.

   I have looked at the markup types and couldnt find anything that was related to how the lines are like that. I found that on a plugin.
