Yeah, I can't make it larger, it won't let me because I have 3GBs of RAM. Also when I had a 1.7 server with less plugins It worked fine with 35 people online.

Are you running Java x32 or x64? Also might want to try updating to 1.7, I hear its a lot better.

@Zaros "OpenJDK 64-Bit Server" I think that says it. Also I don't really know how to update my java to 1.7 or to download java 1.7, I tried yum install java-1.7.0-openjdk, but my service provider doesn't have it in their mirrors.

    i got the same problem
The RAM usage increases more and more until the server stops.
If the server starts, the server has with 3 maps ~ 640 MB. Now - 8 hours after start, the server has with one player 1620 MB RAM . The same usage i got already with 10 players after 3 hours serveruptime.

I have this plugins which i found in you list:
    dynmap, logores, lwc, worldedit, worldguard

I think it is worldguard or worldedit, hich produce this memory problem.
I will try the latest dev build and can give feedback.

Notch should fix those performance problems before beta ends. Almost at every update I get performance problems.
