[MECH] Redstone Enhancements - Need Help First Plugin I am Making

    I just started learning about how to make plugins and would like if someone can help me. What I am currently trying to do is to power redstone with any block. Basically, I am sort of mimicking CraftBook but this is for more enhancements and without WorldEdit. If anyone can help, thanks in advance.
