BedRespawn enhances Minecrafts home bed function, it allows all players to save their home bed just whenever they right-clicks a bed.

You could do something like command for admin "/br player1" and which bed you right-click, will be the respawn point for player1.

Currently I use your plugin for the 'Jail' in my server, restricting bad players from building and destroying, protecting the land and create locked room with bed, currently I have to force them to right-click the bed so they can be trapped in there, if there's anything like "set respawn bed for other players', it would be awesome.

But it somehow just workes once.

If I kill myself twice, I respawn at the servers spawn point.

No problem, my server isn't running yet, I'm just setting it up properly and searching for useful plugins.
It will probably just go online in a few months.

As nobody gave me any feedback on the ownership feature I removed it. Why?
Because I don't always have the time to test features I don't use on my server. If nobody reports back wether a new feature is working or not I can't guarentee that it's working properly. Hope you understand.

 

Question: Is it possible to make it so that the spawn point is only updated if the person actually sleeps to make it more like the native game single player? Even without this, I'm planning on putting this mod on my server. I think that doing it that way will help maintain the challenge aspect of the survival server a little better.

 

Well it would be possible but I prefer to be able to set my respawn anytime.

 

I understand. Well, if you feel like it, it could be a flag set in the config. It'd make a nice addition to your cool plugin.

I think you got the meaning behind the term "respawn" wrong.

To respawn you have to die.

How about configurable messages? my server is in french, and eventhough I won't ask for a translation, I'd like to be able to do it myself. But thanks for that plugin!

 

hm my servers are german and I still used english for my plugin ... well if you would support the development I would gladly add a configurable message to my plugin

 

Do you have a non-adf.ly link? Last time I didn't get redirected at all. This time I got redirected to http://r.prize-rewards.net/SplashPa...c223d0455d04d2&nm=01qbdvx2kqxb&s=172601&se=01

Edit: Tried it a fourth time and it finally worked. You should really consider not using adf.ly. Since it also makes it impossible for me to directly download to my server via wget

 

Great plugin, but an issue that has come up when running it with MultiVerse and SpawnControl. With BedRespawn enabled, and doesn't matter if you have the perms or not, it always respawns you back on the default world, instead of the local worlds spawn location as it should. Is there any way to have it play nice if you don't have the BedRespawn.respawn permission?

I've tested this on 740 and 766RB and using 1.4 BedRespawn. I can get more details on other plugins if you need it.

Would there possibly be the option of having a world-relative fallback location for players with no valid bed? I mainly run my server as a way for my friends to play in each others personal worlds, and that would avoid them having to trek back from the hubworld if they made a bad step
