MCbans Fork proposal .

I am trying to drum up support for a new Banning system for MCbans. I have assembled a small team and we have written this document.

If you think this is a good idea.. We would appreciate if you would just voice that. For something this important we need lots of support from the community. With your support we can Create a Global banning solution that with no room for abuse.
