Plugin Help Max Mob Per Block

Suggested name: MaxMobPerBlock ???

What I want:
This plugin would stop people from afking at mob-spawners.
They can still AFK but this plugin will make it less useful and stop the laggs.
This plugin will need to count to MaxNumber of mobs per block (MaxNumber should be configurable with commands/config).
If it exceeds the amount of MaxNumber it will delete the entering mobs.

Ideas for commands:
Only need 1 command which would be the MaxNumber but this could be done in the config too.


When I'd like it by: Take your time, I would like to use it ASAP but I can live without it.
