Maven help? It can't find my JDK!

Hi all.

My Windows development skills stretch as far as opening PuTTY and connecting to a Linux box to get some work done.
I decided to try my hand at Eclipse in Windows, however, and I'm stuck before I can even get started.

Eclipse + Maven + Git, and Maven gives me this when I start Eclipse:

So, err, what am I doing wrong?

I did have JRE installed, but I've removed it and replaced it with JDK a couple of days ago.
