Maven citizens2 help

    Hello guys, i want to modify citizens 2(https://github.com/CitizensDev/Citizens2)
    but everytime Maven return me a error message.
    "Missing artifact org.bukkit:craftbukkit:jar:1.8.8-R0.1-SNAPSHOT"
    ab.png

    If i goin to ${craftbukkit.version}
    abcde.png
    Same error in other versions! ;-; please i just want to change a message from NPC
