   Hello,
   With which plugin and command can I create spawners with Emeralds? Unfortunately, no one who knows this says any information. Only the big plugins like EssentialsX,MV,WE,VS etc. are using on that server.

   Or, depending on what you are trying to achieve, you could also use the default mob spawner and modify its nbt data
