[MagicSpells] Permissions Not Working

Basicly im trying to get the (<magicspells.cast.spellname:>, <magicspells.grant.spellname:>, <magicspells.learn.spellname:>) to work as of now not one of these nodes work I will rovide the plugin dev page and my permissions file the only group of have spells on is windcasters as of now (If you have MagicSpells and you know whats wrong please help!)
