Hello, I'd like to lower the drop rate of apples from 1/200 to 1/2000.

What I want: I would like the drop rate of apples from leaves to go from 1/200 (how they are currently) to 1/2000. Also, if possible, change Fortune drop rates from 1⁄1800 with Fortune I, 1⁄1600 with Fortune II, and 1⁄1200 with Fortune III, however it is completely fine if you just keep it at 1/2000 flat.
