Plugin Help Lost homes with plugin HomesPlus

I have had a server up for a little while now and everything was working great, but today I was afk for a bit after uploading EssentialsX and came back to see that every home I had set previously was gone. Another player on the server said theirs we're gone too. I did not back up the server recently enough to roll back to that but is there any other way to either get these home locations back or are they gone forever?
