Looking for Vote Plugin that can provide RPG-like experience

Is there a (votifier) vote plugin that would allow me to do something like the following:

1st (non-consecutive) day voting:
- Vote #1: $100 cash
- Vote #2: $200 cash
- Vote #3: $300 cash
2nd (consecutive) day voting:
- Vote #1: $200 cash + 1 diamond + 1% random chance of getting 1000 XP
- Vote #2: $300 cash + 2 diamonds + 2% random chance of getting 1000 XP
- Vote #3: $400 cash + 3 diamonds + 3% random chance of getting 1000 XP
3rd (consecutive) day voting:
- Vote #1: $500 cash + 2 diamonds + 1% random chance of getting iron horse armor
- Vote #2: $600 cash + 3 diamonds + 2% random chance of getting iron horse armor
- Vote #3: $700 cash + 4 diamonds + 3% random chance of getting iron horse armor
4th (consecutive) day voting:
- Vote #1: $600 cash + 3 diamonds + 4% random chance of getting iron or gold horse armor
- Vote #2: $700 cash + 4 diamonds + 5% random chance of getting iron or gold horse armor
- Vote #3: $800 cash + 5 diamonds + 6% random chance of getting iron or gold horse armor
5th (consecutive) day voting:
- Vote #1: $800 cash + %1 random chance of getting free repair for 1 day
- Vote #2: $900 cash + %2 random chance of getting free repair for 1 day
- Vote #3: $1000 cash + %3 random chance of getting free repair for 1 day
6th (consecutive) day voting:
- Every consecutive vote beyond this point gets a 0.01% chance of getting a donor rank

The ability to also include that the random-chance item was won during the server-wide broadcast would also be very nice.

Have you tried asking in Plugin Requests? Maybe someone could make this for you.
