Looking for the best banning plugin

    Hi everyone! The thing I need most right now for my new server before I launch is a good banning plugin. Can't have a server without one. I'm a bit picky so I've yet to find one, but hopefully you guys can help out. What I need is a plugin that has bans, tempbans (that actually work!), kicks, and mutes. The plugin has to has customizable messages, so for example, if I typed /ban Player1 eating cake, then the player would see: "You have been banned for eating cake by NoahWL1. Submit a ban appeal at (website). <--- That would be pre-defined in the config. Is there a plugin that fits my needs? Thanks everyone!
