Plugin Help Looking for specific plugins

I didn't know where to post this so sorry If this Is the wrong forum, as the title states I'm looking for two specific plugins and can't find anything like It, these plugins are the ability to enchant above level 10 (without commands, I'm using LegendaryWeapons and can't put enchantments above level 10 In the config otherwise the enchantment doesn't show up) and I'm looking for a plugin that displays the attack damage with the enchantments that increase the damage, for example the diamond sword displays a 7 for the attack damage, I want that number to increase with the higher level sharpness enchantment which I really feel I have seen somewhere I just can't find anything on It. I was wondering If anyone knows of any plugins that do this? I have been searching for a few hours now and can't find anything
