Solved Looking for Plugin Teacher.

Hello! My name is Michael and I am looking for a plugin developer that can teach me coding. I recently made this simple plugin that when someone does /hub they get teleported to spawn with a little message. But that's not what I'm here. You see I want someone to teach me how to make a good plugin. Not the best like Essentials or whatever. Just a good plugin. You don't have to the best teacher there is.
