Looking for plugin/'s that can do the following :)

1.force users to /register at beginning and then mod is able to modify their class and what they can do, for an example not mine anything at beginning or not use certain commands.

2. set warps and warp to locations/players.

3. /item cobblestone 50 playername
/kit cobblestone

4. /help would show all commands available (list made by me perhaps)

Any more suggestions ?
Would be great if any one here could point me to one of them

 

A simple look in the Plugin Releases section and you'll find pretty much everything you're looking for. They've even more recently began to have many different subcategories, making all the more easy to find plugins made for what you're looking for.

 

I did go through every plugin and I found a few which I am downloading right now and testing but I was more looking for suggestions , I'm not very experienced in looking for compatible plugins, could you give me any ideas ?
My server is a build server by the way.
