Looking for existing and maintained plugin (Bows/arrows)

I hope this is the right place, if such a plugin doesn't exist, I'll start writing it.

I am looking for two modifications.

• Bows (preferably craftable) that will deliver the arrow to target faster than the standard wooden bow. This would offer flatter trajectories, lower travel time, and if possible, longer draw times and other penalties for use.
• Variety of craftable arrows. Typical collection, exploding, poison, bodkin, etc.

I have gone looking and can't seem to find any currently maintained plugins that will do one or both, but I am fairly new so may not be searching correctly.
