Looking for a specific plugin (more info inside)

Hi everyone

I'm looking for a plugin which can do the following.

-When a player teleports to a different world world their location in the current world will be saved.
-If the player doesn't have a previously set location in the world they are warping to they are sent to the spawn point of that world.

Currently using Multiverse, Essentials and other plugins.
