Looking for a restart plugin

    So, Just curious, ive been looking at plugins.bukkit.org, and i was wondering if there is a LIGHTWEIGHT plugin that does restarts on the server (like just /restart). I realize this is hard to make, but it would be extremely helpful. Also, defidently no wrappers :D
