Looking for a plugin...

    I used to have a plugin that let you not only talk as other players, it also let you talk as WARNING or [WARN] and many other neat things. Does anyone know where I can find this plugin again?

    If you want anything else, just post it here

    Commands:
    /speakas <name> <message>
    name must not contain spaces, message can contain spaces.
    the name does not have to be a player, online or offline.
    Example:
    /speakas RandomGuy12 i luv dis server
    outputs : <RandomGuy12> i luv dis server

    Permissions:
    speakas.use
    allows one to use the /speakas command
