Looking for a Plugin which does the following...

    Hello Guys,
    im looking for a plugin which is giving the player permanent status effects as long as he's wearing a certain set of armor. For example giving the player the status effect Speed as long as he's wearing a set of leather armor.
    Do you guys know a plugin that is able to do that?
