Looking for a plugin to msg users on redstone

I know this probably isn't the right place for this, but whatev.

I'm trying to find a plugin that will send a pre-defined msg to a player once they either get within range or activate something.. like pressure plate, button, whatever.

A number of plugins put this at one time or another on their "to do" list, but none have followed through. Purpose would be for dungeons.. imagine going through a door and hitting a plate and getting a msg like.. "you hear a faint moan in the distance..."

Does anybody know of a plugin that will do this?
