Looking for a plugin that blocks ip's said in chat

I have the plugin that blocks the .'s between the letters but I want a plugin that would block all of it so the numbers wouldn't even appear in chat. I've seen it on another server so I know this plugin exists but after trying to find it I can't. If any of you know what the plugin is, I'd greatly appreciate the help!

If you don't find it, I may be willing to make one in my free time. I'm not sure when that will be though.

 

I believe that AntiAdvertising still works.

 

mChat does this, plus it can handle all your other chat needs.

 

I think essentials has something built in and if you deny that group the permission IP addresses and URLs posted in any chat will remove all the "." in them.

 

I'll create a bukkitdev page for this if this works for you. It's extremely simple. It has no configuration or permissions.
