Looking for a certain plugin

I have been on many different servers that when you type /list it will come up with a list of all the default player in white, and people who have donated have color per their rank. Just like this example:

[Vip]mstabarrie: blah blah
Player1: blah blah
[Donator]Cooldude: blah blah
/list
Currently 3 players online: mstabarrie, Cooldude, Player1
So my question is, what chat plugin does this? I tryed iChat and I don't think that works.

 

Well, mChat sort of has this, but it doesn't color it. I don't use Essentials, but I think it does this as well. iChat doesn't handle list, as far as I know.
