(local server) Too slow that I cant even load mc fast...

Hello, whenever I load my local server on my pc It slows down my mc to the point where It wont even play. The console gets spammed with this:

Any solution for this or Its just my pc. I'm trying to test my plugins :\

 

Get lightweighter plugins or a better computer

 

This happend to me go to task manager right click the server and go to process right click process and set priority to low for both ur mc and server it makes ur computer run smooth and doesnt seem to affect server or client
