Solved Limiting Bukkits Internet Usage

Hello,
I home host my server and I dont want bukkit taking up all of my internet.... is it possible to make it so when lets say i am using the internet to post here it cuts down bukkits internet usage? and my server isnt very big so im not to worried about that.... or should i just make the player limit lower?
Ideas? thnx

 

you would need a outside piece of software that will limit java.exe's internet usage. i DO NOT suggest this. only because it would mean the server would be slow.

 

Oh I would rig it so it would mostly only do it at night. any ideas on software?

 

nope. lol. When/if you fine one it needs to be set to "java.exe" as the application your restriction, then you can set up everything else the way you want it to be! [Mark this as solved if you think its solved!]
