Limited Stacks

PLUGIN NAME: LimitedStacks
CONFIG: Which items are limited, and the maximum amount the stack can be.
PERMISSIONS: N/A

If I set apples to a maximum stack of 2, the person can only fit 2 of them in one inventory slot at a time. If they try to put more than what is restricted, they don't get a message in chat, it just doesn't let them put more items in the stack.
