Limit from a plugin or bug in minecraft?

I can't understand why, but non-ops in server can't destroy dungeon mossy cobblestone or any block within the spawner range, as well as they can't place any blocks in the near area, why?

I haven't tested this on my main world, but that happens on my sub-worlds, created by WormholeXTremeWorlds plugin. Any help would be nice.

 

I fixed the Fast Mining plugin, it's now only avable for OP's of for users with permissions if you have a permission system. So you can delete Fast Minign from the list.

EpicZones and EssentialsProtect are the only ones I could think of that may give you problems. Try removing both temporarily and see if you still have the issue.

 

Yes if I spam I hate essentials. I'm sorry, but it screwed my server, so get commandbook. You have epiczones, so you don't need essentialsprotect. That should fix it 

 

I personally prefer EpicZones. I've never been a fan of Essentials as it lack in a lot of places (IMO).

 

I personally prefer WorldGuard, I think it is a lot more customizable!
