Lightweight Colored tab name plugin used by permissions

Looking for someone to code or link me a lightweight colored tab name plugin that i can set a rank to have a green tag by giving their permission coloredtab.green etc.

its does, if someone is OP you need to give them the permission - +colouredtab.<colour>
