Howdy guys, So i am on the hunt for a plugin where users can pick out some land of any size and claim it the catch is once they claim it they must pay rent on that space the price would be per block so the bigger the space the more it would cost to rent. every thing inside the zone would be protected preferably by world guard. The only plugins I have been able to find for user claims just let the user buy some land. I want them to rent it. This will mean that inactive players will run out of money and the land will be unclaimed. Thus no admin work and we all like that means we can play more. The plugin would be little more than a bit of cling wrap around worldguard.
