   I would like to request a plugin with similar features as Levels.

   Yes, the plugin is over 2 years old and author is no longer active on Spigot/Bukkit.
   
   I hope someone could make a similar plugin for 1.12.2

   I checked the plugin and it still works on 1.12.
   Is it a problem on the side of your server? I don't know.

   I just tested again on 1.12.2 and it don't work. I disabled everything and I can still get experiences and yes I tested as a normal player not an OP.
