Lava and Water flow speedup plugin???

    Hey guys! I would like to know if there is any plugin to change the flowing speed of water and lava.

    So if there is a waterfall, you can just switch between lava and water with some pistons. But if the waterfall contains lava and you switch to water, the waterfall is full of cobblestone.

    So i would like to know if there is any plugin to change the speed of fluids, or just one to change the cobblestone-creating effect!

    Please help!
