"Land" territory plugin?

Hello, I'm Aaron, and I am trying to start a server.
Basically, I want a plugin that does the exact following:
- Land for teams
- Can't break, but CAN PLACE! (VERY IMPORTANT!)
- Can't open fence gates or doors (BUT CAN OPEN TRAP DOORS!) of opposing team territory
That's basically all I want, I sorta want it as SOON as possible, I just can't find any plugins where you can't break on enemy territory, but you CAN place blocks.
