Filled Kits Plugin - Supports Commands & Economy.

What I want:
Im currently using essentials kits but it doesn't support running commands or giving money when they claim the kit. I looked around on bukkit but couldn't find anything so I have decided to request it here. If anyone knows a plugin that does this please tell me.

It will need to support cooldowns, enchantments. Just like essentials kits but with commands and economy.

Also, skim-reading is much easier with paragraphs!

Ideas for commands: Sane kit commands as essentials.

Ideas for permissions: Same permissions as essentials kits.

I use it and it is really high configurable but still easy.
