Problem/Bug Kit is improperly defined... Please help!

Whenever I use /kit member+ all the way to champion, the armor and weapons are given to me, but the items are not. Help would be appreciated.

 

Are you getting any errors in the console? I haven't used kits a whole ton in the past, but there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with that config file.

 

It just says it's out of date, but I've got the latest 1.0.4 version of it.

 

First off, what plugin are you using for kits? If I know what plugin you're using I can test it out for myself.

But just to clear things up: If I were on your server and I did "/kit starter", I would get the iron armor and tools but not the other blocks/items? (steak, obsidian, wood logs, golden apples, wheat, sugarcane, melon seeds)

 

EssentialsKitManager I believe, and no, I tested it last night, and all kits up to legend, overlord, and champion work, but whenever I use kit legend, overlord, or champion, the gapples, and axe gets deleted.

 

Hmmm. Here's the problem: I downloaded EssentialsKitManager, copied and pasted your kits into the config file, and I'm getting the golden apples and axes from Legend, Overlord, and Champion.

So, here's something to consider. What version of Essentials are you using? It's very likely that you aren't using the same version as I am, since I'm not using the "official" version. It's been forked and made into EssentialsX. You can get it here: https://ci.drtshock.net/job/EssentialsX/

One thing I will just mention is you can save your inventory as a kit with /createkit <name> <delay>

Anyways, I can't find a problem, and since the the only thing I can think of right now that could be different is your Essentials version, try upgrading to EssentialsX. There's no extra steps or anything to upgrade to EssentialsX, you simple replace the old versions with EssentialsX. No changes to the config file, it even uses the same data folder (plugins/Essentials/...), and it doesn't mess with anything.
