Someone told me (can't remember who, this was a while ago.) that minecraft servers only use one core by default...
So I was wondering how can I use more than one? Is it possible or not?
Does it have to do with the Run.bat or Start.bat what ever you call it... :p

If you want to launch with more ram edit the
    java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.jar
part of your thing. Make the numbers by the -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M bigger!

well you cant get the server itself to use more then 1 core, BUT if your running an AMD CPU you can sync them together using the new Unlocked Core Series. Older AMD CPU's can use a 3rd party cpu sync.

:D! your running the same core i had a month ago. That cpu is very difficult to regulate. what series is it? 1.8ghz? 2.4ghz?

use this program. i know it says dual core but i works for any multi core system.

you can use this but it will harm your system if you dont follow the directions. if it does mess up your pc im not at fault. im simply just recommending this to you. You may experience system run time issues depending on cpu models.
