    rtainc can always disable comments and force people to use whichever ticket system you'd like :)

    I use SCS, and I think it's great.
    Just do what drtshock said.. disable comments and enforce tickets.

    Just ignore the comments. Create an FAQ for questions that come up from ignorant server owners.

    you think thats bad? see groupmanager ingame warning messages when player breaks a YML:
    "all commands are locked, CHECK THE LOG and type /manload"
    "an internal error occured, please check the log"

    in log, a full 10 lines heading explaining what to do with the broken file and where to get help, along with a full stacktrace, ALSO pasted into an error.log.

    people still post on random topics "it says commands are locked and type manload! what do i do?"
