   i've seen this plugin on many minigame servers. You right click on a sign and then you join an other server where the mini game takes place

   That is not possible, then can have the setting on true but the plugin of the network is setting that to false.

   While this is possible with a plugin, its going to be a great deal of trouble. There are multiple types of software you can use to make this happen, but they won't be found on the Bukkit Forums as they will force your servers into offline mode, which we cannot support as they are inherently insecure. As such, this thread is locked.
