I've got a problem.

Well I just came home and told me 1.6 is out. I said, alright Im gonna update my server as well. Downloaded the new server, downloaded it .. and the console says: 1_05.02 server running bla bla bla .. LOLz ? Are there a new server ? Or am I stupid ?

I would be very grateful if you could gimme the new server file,

Bukkit has not yet updated for 1.6, you're going to have to wait. Shouldn't be too long just keep checking back here:

Im running a simple server, and when a player connect they cannot build on my server. Im not using bukkit only the standard server. Anyone ?

That problem is because Notch forgot to update the server software. It should be finished and released within the next couple hours.
As for your building issue do as Olli said, check your server.properties file and note what value your spawn protection is set at. So if it were 16 (default) then you would not be able to build within a 16 block radius of the spawn point.
