I've got a few problems/questions pertaining mostly to multiverse and multiple worlds.

    1. Try using the /mv setspawn (Multiverse) command instead of /setspawn (Essentials).
    2. There is plugins for clearing the inventory upon death, without dropping anything.
    3. You might be able to force a gamemode using Multiverse, but if not, you can try looking for a plugin that does this.
    4. Multiverse-Core has an addon called Multiverse-Inventories for seperate inventories between worlds.

    If you have any problems with these, let me know, and I will create a plugin for you that does it.
