Item Vault Time Machine

    Suggested name: TimeMachine

    What I want: I would like this plugin to allow players to type a command to get a 9-slot GUI that you can place items in. The items can be accessed with any server attached with bungeecoord.

    Ideas for commands:
    /tm - opens up time machine vault.
    Ideas for permissions:
    tm.use - permits the use of /tm
    When I'd like it by: 7/10/15

    Locked.
    Bungeecord requires offline mode, offline mode is not supported on Bukkit.
